Our Lawyers Are Experienced In Local Courts Throughout The Bay Area

Partners Caroline K. Hinshaw and Richard M. Bryan are mediators and well-versed in courtroom proceedings. Our lawyers have appeared in local courts throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We have developed deep insight into the tendencies of judges and adversaries in courtrooms ranging from the Silicon Valley, to Marin County, Alameda County, throughout the Bay Area as well as the San Francisco-Sacramento Corridor. They can easily assess any matter and evaluate how a judge may view the issue. They also embody a developed sense and subtle understanding of the psychology of dispute and conflict dynamics.

Jessica Marmelejo serves as Case Manager for partner Caroline K. Hinshaw. She has been a respected professional with Bryan • Hinshaw since 1997. Her primary areas of focus as a paralegal are estate planning, probate matters and assisting our attorneys in preparing pleadings. Carol Whitney has been a paralegal at the firm for more than a decade and draws on her substantial experience to work with our attorneys and clients in family law matters. The efficiency and professionalism of our staff provide immense value to our practice and to clients' cases.

Carol Whitney has been a paralegal at Bryan • Hinshaw since 2004. She handles incoming new cases, client relations and assists family law attorneys with all aspects of their caseloads. During her free time she is a Master Pranashakthi Energy Healer and Teacher with a specialty of working with animals and remote healings of mental and physical issues. She studies classical Hindustani music, leads a weekly devotional fire ceremony with Kirtan at Yoga Society, and is ceramic artist when not assisting clients.

Roxanna Galvan, Paralegal, has been employed by Bryan • Hinshaw since 1998. She works primarily in Probate matters and trial preparation when needed. Roxanna specializes in accountings, document management and preparation of tax forms.
