Ms. Garrett is an associate attorney of Bryan • Hinshaw. She provides her clients with quality and passionate representation in the firm’s family-law, probate, estate and litigation practice areas. Ms. Garrett has extensive litigation experience, having assisted in trying a large number of complex and high-conflict cases to both bench and juries both before (as a paralegal and law clerk) and after her admission to the California State Bar. In addition, Ms. Garrett has proven herself as a skillful negotiator, helping clients to avoid trial and further litigation when appropriate.

Having herself experienced a divorce, Ms. Garrett is sensitive and aware of the importance of infusing respect, integrity and compassion in divorce and custody disputes, without compromising her client’s legal rights.
