Linda C. Garrett

Linda C. Garrett

Senior Associate Attorney
San Francisco, California

Ms. Garrett has been with Bryan • Hinshaw since 2001, and is a senior associate attorney of Bryan • Hinshaw. She provides her clients with quality and passionate representation in the firm's family-law, probate, estate and litigation practice areas. Ms. Garrett has extensive family law and litigation experience, having assisted in trying a large number of complex and high-conflict cases to both bench and juries both before (as a paralegal and law clerk) and after her admission to the California State Bar. In addition, Ms. Garrett has proven herself as a skillful negotiator, helping clients to avoid trial and further litigation when appropriate.

Having herself experienced a divorce, Ms. Garrett is sensitive and acutely aware of the importance of infusing respect, integrity and compassion in divorce and custody disputes, without compromising her client's legal rights.

Ms. Garrett's legal experience extends to Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Napa, Santa Clara and Solano Counties.

Ms. Garrett is remarried, a mother to a great young adult and accidental owner to seven Yorkshire Terriers (Ruby, Coco Puff, Dora, Lil' Bear and Larry, Curly and Mo.). When not practicing law, Ms. Garrett spends her free time expanding her culinary skills in the kitchen (as a wanna-be chef), tending to her garden, taking Yoga classes and playing with her seven little Yorkies.
